This includes bringing deep market insight, customer understanding, and strategic prioritization to define what we build—and why.This role is accountable for setting the product strategy and roadmap for One Pass offerings across the markets we serve, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth opportunities.The Senior Manager will partner closely with Research, UX Design, Growth, Marketing, Network, and Technical Product teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver industry-leading, user-centered experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Market LeadershipOwn the end to end product strategy for One Pass core products across Medicare and Employer segments.Continuously assess market trends, client needs, competitive offerings, and end user behavior to ensure One Pass remains relevant and differentiated.Champion the evolution of the One Pass product portfolio to drive competitiveness and long term growth.Define and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectivesPartner closely with Growth and Sales to incorporate market feedback, inform competitive positioning, and support forward-looking product messaging.Business & User RepresentationServe as the primary advocate for:Collaborate with UX and Experience teams to deeply understand buyer journeys, member needs, and usability gaps.Ensure insights from research, analytics, and feedback loops are effectively translated into product decisions and priorities.Investment Prioritization & Roadmap ManagementDefine and manage investment priorities across features, capabilities, and enhancements.Balance innovation, operational improvements, and regulatory or client-driven requirements.Make clear, date-driven tradeoffs to focus resources on the highest value opportunities.Maintain roadmap transparency and alignment across stakeholders.Product Requirements & Delivery EnablementTranslate business strategy into actionable product artifacts, including:Clear product requirementsEpics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPartner with Technical Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned to delivery timelines.Drive efficient execution while maintaining high standards for product quality and user experience.Value Added Benefits OwnershipOwn and evolve the strategy for value added benefits (VAB) within One Pass.Identify, evaluate, and curate new benefit offerings that enhance and differentiate the core product.Manage the full lifecycle of VABs–from concept and partner selection through launch and ongoing performance optimization.Ensure offerings remain compelling, competitive, and aligned with member and client needs.About YouYou think like a business owner- not just a delivery manager—bringing deep customer centricity and strong market awareness to every decision.

You are a collaborative leader who partners effectively across functions to turn insights into action and outcomes.You are passionate about shaping a modern, differentiated product portfolio, including value-added benefits and device integrations that enhance the member experience.

Above all, you create clarity, ensuring teams understand what matters most, why it matters, and how to execute with focus, speed and purpose.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience leading products, programs, or business portfolios, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or adjacent industriesDemonstrated ability to own, evolve and deliver on a product roadmap within complex, cross‑functional environmentsExperience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical artifactsStrong business judgment with a track record of making informed, data-driven tradeoff decisionsAbility to operate effectively at both the strategic tactical levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, including health plans, Medicare products, or employer-sponsored benefitsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsFamiliarity with digital consumer products, platforms, or marketplace modelsExperience managing partner driven or benefit based product offeringsWork Location & EligibilityOne Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment.
