Senior Product Commercialisation Manager – Reference Lab (Europe & APAC) Antech is seeking an experienced and highly‑driven professional to lead the commercialisation strategy, portfolio management, and growth initiatives for our Reference Laboratory services across key markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct market research using internal data, customer insights and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialisation strategies. Partner with Sales, Medical and Lab Operations to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations that balance market competitiveness, customer value and profitability. Develop compelling value propositions for Reference Lab services and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
Develop and execute commercialisation plans aligned with revenue targets, market opportunities and strategic priorities. Drive cross‑functional initiatives that support customer acquisition, reactivation of lapsed accounts and increased service utilisation.
Lead the improvement of the customer onboarding experience and manage the NPS framework to translate feedback into measurable customer and commercial improvements.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field. 5–7+ years of strategic marketing or product management experience in Lab Services, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare or a related field. Proven success developing and executing commercialisation strategies.
Experience working cross‑functionally in complex or matrix environments. Experience within veterinary or human diagnostics strongly preferred. Fluent in English; additional European language skills are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
