Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Consult Procurement’s negotiators to prepare large-scale project awards and annual price negotiations employing innovative methodologies such as game theory

• Drive large-scale negotiation events("negotiation weeks")

• Develop frameworks and material for negotiation preparation

• Create and conduct negotiation trainings

• Enable Procurement to further roll-out monetarized comparisons of suppliers("monetarized total-cost-of-ownership")

• Prepare negotiation results for reporting

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration or similar

• At least 6 years of working experience in procurement and/or consulting with a focus on procurement

• Extensive negotiation experience in large-scale projects covering negotiations with a diverse range of boundary conditions; Negotiation experience gained across several companies/positions is an advantage

• Knowledge of game theory and extensive experience in conducting game theory - based negotiations

• Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events "negotiation weeks" is an advantage

• Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings

• Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills

• A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset

• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
