Responsibilities Develop and implement paid social media strategies for clients in close collaboration with the team. Lead and coach the social media team, including task allocation and fostering individual strengths. Ensure quality control of the team’s deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, applicable within the team and in client interactions. Plan, manage and optimize paid (and organic) social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Communicate with clients and present results, strategies and new ideas.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches and campaigns. Hands‑on content production and publishing (text, image, video) in collaboration with designers and copywriters. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing and a strong enthusiasm for the field.
Solid knowledge of common social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) including their algorithms and advertising capabilities. Experience planning, managing and optimizing paid and organic campaigns, including KPI analysis and deriving measures. Creativity and a willingness to innovate when developing content
