YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Key advisor for multinational clients Technical accounting advisory US GAAP conversions and financial reporting M&A and transaction advisory IPO / De-SPAC / Capital markets support WE OFFER TO YOU Challenging projects with renowned national and international companies A high degree of autonomy and direct collaboration with decision-makers Flexible work models and a modern work environment Personalized development and training opportunities An above-average compensation package and numerous benefits (total package ranging from €120,000 to €150,000 , with room for negotiation) A collegial environment with flat hierarchies and an entrepreneurial spirit Substantial and long-term (at least 7–8 years ) relevant experience, e.g., in consulting practice areas at the Big Four firms applying US-GAAP, or in accounting departments at multinational companies that follow US-GAAP Proven experience in project management and consulting with clients Experience leading work teams and mentoring junior staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills , as well as a professional and persuasive demeanor Business-fluent in English ; German is a plus The auditing firm fosters an open and respectful culture.
