You will lead a small, established team of two, guiding and developing team members while remaining actively involved in execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and implementation of Capri Sun's global corporate communications approach in line with business priorities Develop creative communication ideas, narratives and formats for internal and external audiences Own day-to-day global media relations activities, including proactive media engagement, preparation of media materials and management of external inquiries Support senior leadership, including the CEO, on positioning and communication topics Lead and develop a small team of two, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day work Drive external communications and media relations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders Proactively identify communication opportunities and topics, bringing in new ideas and perspectives Shape communication around complex or sensitive topics with clear and balanced messaging Translate business and regulatory topics into simple, compelling communication Ensure consistent communication across markets and support local teams Plan and deliver internal communication, including formats such as town halls Oversee issue-related communication as part of broader corporate communications Track communication effectiveness using clear KPIs and regularly report to Executive Management YOUR PROFILE Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar 7+ years of experience in corporate communications in an international environment Strong media instincts and judgement with proven experience in managing external communications and working with journalists Ability to anticipate media dynamics, handle sensitive information and ensure disciplined and well-controlled messaging Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situations Fluency in English and German, French is a plus Strategic, hands-on and results-driven with a structured and resilient working style Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven communication management Experience in FMCG / food & beverage is a plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Broad variety of tasks and freedom to act Lead a small and hands-on communications team Plenty of opportunities to challenge and drive things forward Participate in global training and development programmes Structured and tracked performance reviews twice a year Enjoy taking off together with motivated and professional colleagues The chance to shape a loved brand that makes people smile all around the world An established and growing company with a strong reputation Attractive compensation package and many great benefits A fast recruitment process with maximum three interview rounds j4ida j4it0729a j4iy26a Our mission is to put a smile on 8 billion faces and we are led by our purpose to provide carefree moments to children all around the world.

At our location in Baar we are looking for you (m/f/x) as: SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SCOPE OF THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for Capri-Sun's global internal and external communications and support the continued development of our communication approach.

You will play a key role in supporting and strengthening Capri-Sun's reputation through impactful internal and external communication. This role is designed for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will not only define direction, but actively create content, develop ideas and drive communication initiatives forward. We are looking for a proactive and creative communicator who brings new ideas, challenges the status quo and continuously improves how we communicate.

You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor while being directly involved in day-to-day communication activities.
