Since 2008, the Lindt Sprüngli Farming Program has been our Responsible Sourcing Standard for cocoa. /p h3Group Consolidation Reporting /h3 ul liLead the financial and non-financial consolidation at Group level /li liEnsure the accurate calculation of consolidation-related items (e.g. non-controlling interests, intercompany investments, currency translation adjustments) /li liSafeguard the integrity of the Group cash flow statement and segment reporting /li liCoordinate and implement IFRS updates in close collaboration with the IFRS team /li liManage and optimise changes to the Group's reporting structure /li /ul h3EPM System Ownership (Tagetik) /h3 ul liDrive the ongoing development and enhancement of the Group's consolidation system (Tagetik) /li liAct as system owner, ensuring smooth operation and providing user support during closing cycles /li liDesign and maintain input templates within the system for the collection of financial and non-financial data /li /ul h3Management Board Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare high-quality internal reports for senior management and the Board of Directors /li liAlign reporting outputs with evolving business requirements and stakeholder expectations /li liSupport sustainability reporting and related disclosures /li /ul h3FPA Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure completeness and quality of budget and forecast data submissions /li liValidate budget and year-end forecast figures /li liProvide insightful management reporting on budgeting and forecasting processes /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration /li liProfessional certification such as Swiss Certified Public Accountant or Swiss Expert in Accounting Controlling (or equivalent) /li li6-10 years of relevant professional experience in group reporting, consolidation or a similar role /li liStrong expertise in IFRS and year-end closing processes /li liAdvanced knowledge of EPM systems (e.g.
