Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior dispatchers and support staff as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a similar role, with a significant portion in a remote or supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, transportation management systems (TMS), and route optimization software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
