Senior Logistics Coordinator & Import/Export Analyst (m/f/d) At Azenta Life Sciences, we support leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations by managing samples and materials. Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, and service providers to facilitate smooth border crossings.

Maintain records related to import/export activities and support internal compliance checks and audits. Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service offerings. Process incoming goods, checking completeness and informing relevant departments. Manage inventory and order logistics‑related materials.

Adhere to SOPs in English and maintain high ethical and quality standards. What You’ll Bring Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, logistics, customs, or a similar qualification. Practical work experience in logistics, customs, import/export, or freight forwarding.

Sound understanding of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and compliance requirements; experience with dangerous goods is a plus. Very good written and verbal communication skills. Reliability clearance in accordance with Section7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG).

Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems are an advantage. Forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented, with strong awareness of compliance and best practices. Attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills. Fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher).
