Job Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, managing, and terminating transportation suppliers (3PL) to ensure stable transport capacity. Establish and implement supplier KPI management mechanisms (on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate, etc.) to continuously optimize collaboration quality.
Coordinate transportation planning and daily capacity scheduling to ensure timely vehicle deployment and execution of transport plans. Oversee end-to-end in-transit monitoring, swiftly address transport anomalie
