Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal projects and provide strategic advice.
• In-depth knowledge of South African corporate legislation and relevant industry standards.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
