Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and draft complex commercial agreements with clients and suppliers Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to operational teams, identifying risks and offering practical solutions Work collaboratively with stakeholders and legal colleagues across Europe Manage your workload autonomously while meeting evolving deadlines About You French qualified lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE in a European civil law jurisdiction Fluent in both French In this position, you’ll take the lead on negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements including sales, supply, and concession contracts with a particular focus on matters connected to France.
