YOUR TASKS
Ownership
You drive and coordinate the legal workstream in complex transactions. With full ownership over drafting, negotiating, and closing deals, you play a key role in shaping sunfire’s future.
High-Level Governance Processes
You take the lead in providing legal support for key governance processes - overseeing board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general assemblies. Your work ensures decisions at the highest level run smoothly and are made on a solid legal foundation.
Corporate Law and Regulation
You act as a strategic advisor to management and leadership, supporting them with well-prepared documentation to enable sustainable decision-making aligned with good corporate governance. You guide the organization on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and other legal frameworks.
