About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Counsel with a strong focus on transactional work, including the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts and service agreements.
This role is ideal for a legal expert with comprehensive experience advising on diverse areas such as commercial law, corporate governance, litigation, environmental regulations, labor relations, and sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, ensuring the organization operates within all legal parameters while managing risks and enabling business growth. Key Responsibilities Negotiate, draft, and review complex legal documents, including contracts, service agreements, and joint venture arrangements.
Provide expert legal advice across various areas, including commercial law, corporate securities, M&A, employment law, and environmental regulations. Monitor and assess legislative changes, advising leadership on their impact on the company's strategy, policies, and operations.
Conduct risk assessments on customer/vendor relationships, operations, and industry challenges to provide proactive recommendations. Collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality legal support and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Serve as a key advisor on intellectual property matters, including portfolio management, licensing, and patent litigation.
