Senior Learning & Development Expert (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Drive and implement the strategy by designing and delivering strategic learning initiatives, learning offerings, modern learning formats, AI-enabled learning journeys, and learning culture initiatives.
In this role, you will drive strategic learning initiatives, foster a strong learning culture, and enable employees to continuously develop their skills in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate learning needs into impactful and target-group-specific learning solutions. Support the development of a skills management approach to increase transparency of current and future skill requirements and enable skill-based learning and development.
Own and continuously enhance the learning ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, external learning platforms, content providers, quality assurance, and vendor management.
Advance learning analytics, reporting, and dashboards to measure impact, derive actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making while driving communication and storytelling around Learning & Development.
