As Senior Lead - PTech Analytics, you’ll own our data strategy for Product & Tech and lead the next chapter of product analytics at Personio: AI‑first, agentic, and self‑serve by design. You’ll report to our Head of Data Analytics, partner closely with Product & Engineering leadership, and stay hands‑on with the data yourself.
