If you are passionate about analytics, excited about understanding what makes On the fastest-growing running brand in the world, and are eager to work cross-functionally to deliver insights and analytics - come and join us! /p h3Your Mission: /h3 ul liBe the financial navigator to our Commercial Product Strategy teams and product creation and vertical leads to drive On’s Apparel Accessories portfolio strategy through the utilization of insights and trends to support the development of specific product strategies /li liBe the financial business partner for Lifestyle - Product Strategy team by creating reports, optimizing dashboards, delivering insights, facilitating this way decision making and transparency with clear and action-oriented insights on product performance and KPI measurement to ensure accountability /li liProactively drive the Go To Market process through steering financial planning goals, aligned to On’s long-term financial ambition by partnering with global and regional merchandising and Integrated Business Planning teams /li liLead seasonal target setting with the Product Strategy team in line with global financial ambitions /li liDeliver clear messaging regarding sales aspirations and margin targets to the Product and Costing Boards during Line Reviews /li liCollaborate with Product Operations team to drive integration of information between product system, reporting and planning tools /li liCollaborate with the Cost Analytics team to provide Product Managers and Vertical Leads with regular reporting including SKU efficiency reporting and margin/FOB support. /li /ul h3Your Story: /h3 ul li7-10 years experience in Controlling, FPA or Business Partnering in an agile, high-growth environment /li liExperience / Understanding of product lifecycle and product strategy highly preferred /li liEducation in the field of Business Administration or Finance /li liExceptional analytical skills, the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative storytelling, and a philosophy of letting data find a voice /li liCross-functional team-worker, able to demystify data and provide the support to the business to deliver the wow /li liExcellent English skills, and possessing a work permit for Switzerland /li liExperience with finance, analytics and data technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Looker and Anaplan /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr We specialize in accurate planning, relevant analysis and clear and simple reporting to drive impactful actions.
