Responsibilities Proactively support the internal IT department and contribute to the stable operation and continuous development of the IT infrastructure Manage existing systems in the areas of virtualization, networking, firewalls, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery Analyze incidents in a structured manner Develop sustainable solutions and ensure systems remain stable and future-proof Contribute to the further development of the IT landscape in both on‑premises and cloud environments Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends and contribute to the optimization of IT systems Requirements Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience operating IT infrastructures Knowledge of virtualization, backup, monitoring, and networks/firewalls Ideally, experience with the Microsoft Cloud environment (M365 / Azure) Fluent German and good English skills Structured, solution‑oriented working style and strong team spirit
