Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure adherence to best practices and information security. Responsibilities Administer and maintain web systems developed in-house as well as third-party market systems, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
Act as the primary technical support contact for users, performing triage, diagnosis, and resolution of mid-level incidents. Elicit functional and technical requirements with business areas, map processes, and propose improvements and technology solutions.
Coordinate with technology vendors and partners, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality. Conduct technical and functional feasibility analyses for new requests and projects. Responsible for creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation, and supporting communication and training for system and feature adoption.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering or related areas is desirable. Programming in Python, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Knowledge of web frameworks for APIs and applications (Django, FastAPI, Flask). Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of data processing and automation using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, using Git/GitHub and containerization with Docker.
Experience participating in requirements analysis, working with consulting firms on projects, validating automations, ETL processes, and data and artificial intelligence initiatives. Software quality assurance through unit and integration testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
