As a Senior Manager International Tax , you will help shape the international tax strategy of the Nordex Group and support global business activities in an international environment.

Working closely with business functions, local teams, and external advisors, you will contribute to strategic projects, market entries, and tax transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and drive the Group’s international tax strategy in alignment with business objectives and commercial decisions.

Assess cross‑border structures and transactions while considering German tax law and applicable international tax regulations. Further develop the Group’s international tax compliance framework and related processes and standards.

Have several years of professional experience in international taxation, ideally gained within a multinational industrial company or a leading tax advisory firm. Possess strong expertise in international taxation and can assess tax risks from a Group headquarters perspective.

Support local tax functions worldwide in complex tax matters, tax audits, and related compliance requirements. Drive tax digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve processes, transparency, efficiency, and governance. Profile Hold a degree in Tax Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Translate complex tax matters into clear, pragmatic, and business‑oriented recommendations. Work strategically, in a structured and solution‑oriented manner, while driving improvements with a hands‑on approach. Be a confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.
