Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Advertiser Account Manager to drive global brand partnerships, manage advertising strategies, and expand our international presence. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling brand requirements, developing strategies, and leading execution while also mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Partnerships & Business Development: Build and manage strong relationships with international brands and advertisers. Campaign Management & Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and execution strategies.

Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of advertising professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous learning. Identify skill gaps and provide necessary training to enhance team capabilities. Foster a collaborative work environment to improve team efficiency and innovation.

Generate detailed reports and presentations for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, and business development, with a strong international focus.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to nurture and guide teams . Willingness to travel for international events and conferences . Work in a fast-paced international environment with leading brands. Lead a team and contribute to business growth and innovation .

Work closely with brand partners to understand their requirements and deliver performance-driven advertising solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, mobile marketing best practices, and evolving advertising technologies. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns.

Utilize MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) platforms to track and measure campaign success. Account Management & Communication: Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure consistent communication. Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions to enhance advertising effectiveness.

Proven expertise in brand partnerships and advertising strategies from planning to execution. Experience in handling MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills . Ability to learn and teach new skills required in daily advertising operations.
