Opportunity & Impact In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution. Your impact goes beyond technical execution.

Job Responsibilities Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance. Execute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium‑complexity projects across diverse product lines.

Utilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces. Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.

Act as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project‑specific tasks and identifying integration gaps. Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%).

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer). Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API‑based data exchange.

Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues. Proven ability to handle non‑routine situations and multi‑week projects with minimal oversight. Thank you for your interest in Redox! 89000 - 100000 USD a year Compensation The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $89,000 and 100,000 per year. Certain positions within Customer Success may be eligible for incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions.

The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.
