Contributing to European Initiatives 🏛️ : Make a meaningful impact on regional and global challenges. Responsibilities: Manage and support day-to-day infrastructure operations. Investigate and resolve incidents and underlying technical problems. Perform lifecycle management activities, including patching and upgrades.

Support service continuity, availability, and resilience initiatives. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple platforms. Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure support experience.

Proven background working within enterprise-scale infrastructure environments. Experience supporting business-critical production services with high availability requirements. Strong experience with Linux and Windows server environments. Hands-on knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.

Understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies. Solid grasp of networking fundamentals. Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms. Familiarity with ITIL-based operational environments and best practices. Miscellaneous: C1/C2 English is required.
