THE ROLE Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure, workplace and endpoint management projects end to end Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including board and IT leadership Translate complex technical requirements into clear, structured project plans and decision-ready documentation Drive delivery across interdisciplinary agile teams — managing dependencies, risks and escalations Own all reporting, steering committee preparation and management communication across the full project lifecycle Define project scope, milestones and resource plans in alignment with the IT strategy function ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Proven experience leading complex IT infrastructure or workplace transformation projects Strong capability managing interdisciplinary agile teams across business and technical stakeholders Confident engaging demanding stakeholders up to board and C-Level Hands‑on experience with client architectures, IT security, M365 / Windows Workplace or endpoint management Strong structuring ability, self-organisation and communication under pressure German C1 or above, written and spoken — mandatory EU or NATO nationality — mandatory THE DETAILS Location: Munich, Germany — hybrid (office presence as required) Salary: Up to €125,000 p.a.
