Senior Industrial Engineer (Remote)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join their forward-thinking team on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of complex business processes and operational systems.

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives using Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for optimization.

• Manage cross-functional project teams remotely to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

• Create detailed process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to champion change and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or a similar process improvement role.

• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification strongly preferred).

• Proven ability to manage complex, strategic projects from initiation to completion.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, simulation software, and project management tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
