Role Description This is a part-to-full-time remote position for a Senior Immigration Paralegal specializing in at least several of the above visa types.
The role involves preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, drafting legal documentation, conducting research on complex immigration issues, and liaising with clients and government agencies to ensure proper case management.
Qualifications Expertise in Immigration Law, including in-depth knowledge of H-1B, L-1, PERM, O-1, E, and P visa categories Proficiency in the preparation and filing of Legal Documents related to immigration petitions and applications (forms, letters, petition packets) Comprehensive understanding of U.S. immigration processes, including handling complex Immigration Issues Strong legal research and analytical skills, particularly in visa-related cases Bachelor’s degree or relevant paralegal certification required Excellent organization and communication skills to manage multiple cases efficiently Previous experience working remotely and independently Must be familiar and willing to use online immigration case management systems (Docketwise, Clio, Monday) #J-18808-Ljbffr
