Employee Lifecycle Administration Independently manage administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding for our employees Administrative handling of terminations and offboarding processes Maintain and ensure quality of employee master data Manage time tracking, vacation, and absence processes Point of contact for employees and managers on time management and HR policy questions Close collaboration with our external payroll partner Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Support compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies Participate in audits and fulfill documentation requirements Actively contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes Work together with managers and the works council Organize and coordinate professional onboarding processes Ensure structured and respectful offboarding Continuous improvement of the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience (ideally 3–6 years) in HR Operations, HR administration, or as an HR Generalist Good knowledge of German labor law and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) Experience collaborating with works councils is an advantage Confident use of HR systems and common MS Office applications Structured, careful, and independent working style Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people High discretion and reliability when handling confidential data Very good German language skills, both written and spoken Hard Skills HR Operations HR administration employee lifecycle management payroll processing time management compliance with labor law documentation requirements onboarding processes offboarding processes German labor law Soft Skills service orientation independent working style attention to detail collaboration communication discretion reliability organizational skills problem-solving interpersonal skills Certifications & Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Degree in Business Administration Degree in Labor Law #J-18808-Ljbffr
