The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through PXT leadership at their assigned site(s). You are accountable for the end‑to‑end employee experience at your site(s), owning feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.
