The Senior HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands‑on role that provides full‑cycle HR support to Ross Video managers and staff, with a focus on specific business unit/s within the organization. You will drive HR functional excellence, support talent initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
