Schedule & Working Hours When Principals Are Not in Residence 40 hours per week Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00 (approx) When Principals Are in Residence Split Shift: 08:00–13:00 and 18:00–21:00 Weekend work required when principals in residence If weekend work is required, Monday and Tuesday will be given as a day off Key Responsibilities Hands‑on housekeeping throughout the residence Professional cleaning and care of high‑end furnishings, fine surfaces (eg marble, granite, slate, parquet), and luxury finishes Exclusive laundry and garment care, including delicate fabrics (silks, cashmere etc) Wardrobe organisation and ironing Preparing and resetting the property before and after family stays Light meal preparation and healthy breakfast service when required Managing housekeeping schedules and supporting the team (approx 3 staff on rotation) Driving for household errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning and deliveries Liaising with contractors, trades, and service providers Reporting maintenance issues promptly, and contributing to smooth household operation Maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Candidate Profile Significant professional housekeeping experience in UHNW private residences Proven longevity in previous positions Strong organisational and leadership abilities with a supportive, team‑focused approach Fluent English and German EU passport and full driving licence essential Confident with IT systems Proactive, independent, and solutions‑focused Flexible, discreet, and composed, with a positive “can‑do” attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr

Germany, Munich, Salary €40,000-€47,000 per annum About the Role A prestigious UHNW household in Munich is seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly experienced Senior Housekeeper to join their team on a live‑out basis.
Working within a newly built residence of approx. 4,500 sqm (including gardens), the role is predominantly hands‑on and requires exceptional attention to detail, along with responsibility for overseeing and coordinating a small team of Housekeepers.
You will work closely with the House Manager to ensure seamless household operations and consistently high service standards.
