About the opportunity We are looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26’s most critical strategic initiatives.
This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects – such as refining our value proposition or optimizing global consent frameworks – that fundamentally shape our business. You will be the "bridge" between strategy and reality, ensuring that complex projects with dozens of moving parts stay on track.

In this role, you will: Orchestrate the Growth Roadmap: Own the overarching Growth roadmap, maintaining a clear overview of all active initiatives and ensuring the organization stays on track to deliver against its strategic priorities.
Drive Strategic Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects across the growth department (e.g., Value Proposition shifts, Consent Optimization) from initial kickoff to final implementation.
Orchestrate Multi-Project Timelines: Maintain a rigorous overview of deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables across several complex workstreams simultaneously, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
