About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26’s most critical strategic initiatives.
This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects – such as refining our value proposition or optimizing global consent frameworks – that fundamentally shape our business. You will be the "bridge" between strategy and reality, ensuring that complex projects with dozens of moving parts stay on track.
If you are a high-energy operator who excels at navigating ambiguity, chasing stakeholders, and maintaining a bird’s-eye view of multiple workstreams, this is the role for you.
In this role, you will:
Orchestrate the Growth Roadmap: Own the overarching Growth roadmap, maintaining a clear overview of all active initiatives and ensuring the organization stays on track to deliver against its strategic priorities.
Drive Strategic Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects across the growth department (e.g., Value Proposition shifts, Consent Optimization) from initial kickoff to final implementation.
Orchestrate Multi-Project Timelines: Maintain a rigorous overview of deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables across several complex workstreams simultaneously, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
