CEO (HoS) supports large deals What Makes Sinpex Unique: Founder team with deep fintech/regtech expertise: former CTO and CPO already built and sold two companies, last one exited to SAP Performance-driven culture with high trust and autonomy Active and inclusive culture: cycling, basketball, hiking, running, informal meetups Growth Perspective: Direct input into GTM design, playbooks, enterprise sales motion High visibility and autonomy in a founder-led environment Clear path to leadership: vertical/territory ownership What you will need: 3–4 years B2B sales experience (midmarket/enterprise) Proven ability to close €100K+ ARR deals with 6–12 month cycles Strong outbound DNA: cold calling, prospecting, self-sourced pipeline Consultative, structured approach (stakeholder mapping, ROI, Excel-based cases) Quantitative skills (Excel, KPI modeling, PowerPoint) Fluent German and English Low-ego, collaborative culture fit; intrinsically motivated MEDDIC/MEDDPICC familiarity Nice-to-Haves: Banking/payments/regulated industry experience Consulting background Compensation: OTE: €200K (uncapped variable) Quota: €800K Location: Preferably Munich, but depending on candidate fit, hybrid possible Hiring Process: Screening (15–20 mins): CEO (culture/fit) Live case study (1 hr): Senior AE (modeling + business case) Final interview (1 hr): CEO (deep-dive) Timeline : 3 weeks from screening to offer Sinpex is a Fintech/RegTech scale-up specializing in AI-driven compliance automation for KYC/AML.
