As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join the Payroll Experience team, responsible for making Personio Payroll feel effortless, intuitive and delightful for our customers. This team owns the product surface and workflows that payroll managers rely on every day.
The teams work impacts customer satisfaction directly by ensuring payroll feels transparent, in control, and stress-free. Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient.
Surfacing the right data in front of users at the right time - from payroll tasks, status views and flexible data exploration tools. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems to deliver features that thousands of customers depend on every payroll cycle.
