Project Depth: Strategic evolution of existing applications and creation of tailored solutions for diverse client projects.

Tech Leadership: Knowledge sharing within the crew of 20+ and defining the future stack of software development at ostec. Your profile 5+ years of experience in complex fullstack projects. Tech Stack: Proficiency in JS/TS and deep API design knowledge (REST/GraphQL). AI Native: Power user of AI dev tools and efficient in prompt engineering.

Organization: Commitment to Holacracy and self‑organized, agile workflows. Languages: German (C1) and English (B2). Perspective: Permanent contract, ideally full‑time (part‑time from 35h/week possible).
