At Sporting Rock , we don’t just build features. We’re an ambitious sports-tech startup based in Hamburg, with a strong engineering team in Serbia.
We’re looking for someone who asks “why” before “how”, takes ownership, challenges assumptions, and enjoys solving difficult problems with a team of equally motivated engineers. As our engineering organization expands, this role offers a clear path toward technical leadership and the opportunity to become a Tech Team Lead.
Our goal is simple to say and hard to achieve: create the best sports software out there, software that is scalable, elegant, reliable, and deeply connected to real-world sports operations. To do that, we’re not looking for someone who simply implements tickets.
We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced engineer who wants to understand the whole product, influence technical decisions, and help build a world-class engineering culture.
