Contact: / Position: Senior Full Stack Developer – React, Python & Generative AI Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 8–10 Years CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Python, and Generative AI technologies to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications and a deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop innovative AI-powered user experiences. Architect and implement high-performance front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Extensive experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on Generative AI integration. Build and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.

Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and advanced retrieval techniques. Implement AI-powered workflows, including prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and agent state handling.

Ensure application reliability, performance, and maintainability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices. Drive architectural decisions and contribute to system design discussions for AI-driven applications. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise Full Stack Development Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and API design. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js is preferred. Strong understanding of application development, data structures, algorithms, networking, operating systems, and database management systems.

Generative AI & Agentic Frameworks Hands‑on experience with: LangChain CrewAI LangGraph AutoGen or similar frameworks Expertise in building AI agents, autonomous workflows, and tool‑calling architectures. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration platforms.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques. RAG & Data Management Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Hands‑on experience with Vector Databases. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Expertise in data modeling and data architecture.

Cloud & DevOps Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of: Microservices Architecture Docker Kubernetes GitHub Actions CI/CD Pipelines Experience deploying and managing cloud‑native applications. Additional Skills Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Passion for learning and adapting to rapidly evolving AI technologies. Good to Have Experience with Adaptive or Generative UI development. Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and MLOps practices.

Experience with distributed computing systems. Exposure to real‑time AI inference and streaming architectures. Experience developing AI‑driven SaaS products. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–10 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
