The Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Systems Engineer to lead the next wave of finance technology transformation at Block. This role owns the architecture and scaling of the technology stack that powers our core financial engine across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A. We operate with an AI‑first engineering mindset .
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial systems architecture (Oracle Fusion) combined with a product‑thinking approach, utilizing AI‑assisted development to automate financial workflows and compress delivery cycles.
