Overview
We are hiring a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to join a global finance operations team in Porto.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals in Accounts Receivable / O2C looking to take ownership and lead processes within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes end-to-end
Ensure accuracy in invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Manage escalations and complex billing issues
Maintain compliance with financial controls and internal policies
Work closely with stakeholders and support process improvements
Mentor junior team members and support team performance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5–7 years experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance
Advanced Excel & reporting skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,
