Join us in shaping the intralogistics solutions of tomorrow and become part of our team in Ettlingen, Baden-Württemberg as: Senior Expert Mechanical Service & After Sales (Intralogistic) (all genders) - full-time (40 hrs) Where you keep things moving You will develop the mechanical service into a standalone product within the project business and establish sustainable after-sales structures You will integrate bespoke service concepts and spare parts packages into our main contractor quotations at an early stage You will coordinate external service partners and suppliers and review their documentation regarding mechanical spare parts and serviceability You will plan mechanical maintenance , define fixed maintenance cycles and thereby ensure maximum plant availability You will have strategic responsibility for life-cycle management based on component criticality and technical alternative solutions for obsolete or no-longer-available mechanical components How to reach your destination Technical training (e.g. mechatronics, plant engineering) with further training leading to a technician or master craftsman qualification, or an equivalent qualification Several years’ experience in the servicing or maintenance of material handling/intralogistics systems Knowledge of mechanical components (drive technology, sensor technology, sorting systems; ideally specialised units such as shoe sorters, etc.) Experience in project-based business (ideally in a general contractor environment) Knowledge of technical sales, after-sales services or service offerings Experience in spare parts management and technical documentation Benefits all the way A structured onboarding process , personalised mentoring and professional dialogue with colleagues will ensure you to get off to a good and clear start Up to 50% remote working is possible – as well as a permanent workplace at our site in Ettlingen Enjoy a great deal of freedom without traditional corporate thinking , in a family-like environment Mentors , some of whom have been working in the industry for 30 years 30 days of holiday and 13 salaries (Vacation and Christmas bonus) Support and development opportunities all the way to PLC programming Additional and social benefits, company pension plan and health promotion programmes Bonuses , anniversary gifts and numerous corporate benefits We will help you to settle in quickly, no matter what stage of life you are in – we will find a solution.

At our site in Ettlingen, we employ around 200 people from over 28 nations. If you move to Ettlingen, you will receive a relocation allowance from us. If you are not yet proficient in German or English, you can take part in language courses free of charge.
