Then we have just the right job opening for you: (SENIOR) EXPERT PROCUREMENT at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg Your mission You bring your procurement experience and expertise to the development of cost reduction measures and strategies for commodity group optimization You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the workstreams and their activities in your area of responsibility.

There you will develop effective cost reduction measures and commodity group optimization plans (Value Creation Plan) for the purchasing department by applying potential analyses, the preparation of tenders, the application of commercial as well as technical purchasing levers and make-or-buy decisions.

Alternatively, you bring expert knowledge in several indirect commodity groups. This includes experience and knowledge of procurement levers, market knowledge, supplier structure and supplier landscape.
