Development and Steering of International Gateway Operations Own the design, standardization and governance of gateway processes and operating models Establish scalable and resilient gateway structures for intercontinental flows in alignment with central functions and country organizations Identify, select and align suitable gateway locations and consolidation points within the network Steer operational interfaces along the gateway value chain, including alignment with Air Operations, customs and compliance functions Support country organizations in the implementation of standardized gateway processes Contribute to the contin The function ensures scalable network structures, standardized processes and end-to-end transparency across intercontinental logistics flows.
