Responsibilities Preparation, review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Ensuring the quality of balance sheets, income statements (P&L), sub-ledgers, accruals and valuation matters Reconciling financial statements from German GAAP (HGB) to IFRS Assessing complex accounting issues and documenting adjustments Preparation and validation of reporting packages Ensuring consistency between local financial statements and international reporting requirements Preparation of cash flow statements and analysis of cash flow and working capital developments Consolidation activities and accounting for company transactions Preparation of audit documentation for external auditors Further development of accounting and reporting processes, identifying standardization, automation and AI potential Participation in ERP, reporting and finance transformation projects Requirements Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or finance, or a comparable qualification Several years of practical experience applying HGB and IFRS Experience preparing reporting packages in an international corporate environment Proficient in preparing and analyzing cash flow statements Strong understanding of balance sheet, income statement (P&L) and sub-ledgers Proficient in using ERP systems and reporting tools Very good German and English language skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
