Responsibilities You will promote TK Elevator’s compliance culture and compliance awareness worldwide in close coordination with the regional compliance organization You will support the further development and implementation of the TK Elevator compliance strategy, with a focus on preventive measures, processes, tools, and digital solutions You will identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in the global elevator business, particularly in the area of antitrust law You will advise corporate functions and business units in a pragmatic, risk‑oriented, and business‑focused manner on compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines You monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact, and derive practical recommendations You will take on responsibility in international projects, work flexibly on changing compliance priorities, and bring an affinity for IT‑supported and AI‑based work methods Qualifications You have relevant qualifications and experience in the field of compliance, ideally a law degree with in‑depth knowledge of antitrust law You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a company, a compliance role, or a law firm specializing in commercial law You possess high ethical standards, sound judgment, and enjoy collaborating in a diverse, international environment You are characterized by strong communication skills, positive energy, flexibility, and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented “can‑do” attitude You work confidently in a matrix organization and interact successfully with various stakeholders You have a strong affinity for digital tools, IT‑supported processes, and AI applications And last but not least, you are fluent in English and German Itgoes without saying, that we offer attractive conditions such as: Working in a successful organization with lean hierarchies and all the advantages of an international group.
