Responsibilities Build, evolve, and operate backend systems end-to-end: from concept and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization Develop and optimize distributed cloud systems, with Elixir as a core technology Design scalable, reliable software architectures that support high-traffic B2C products Implement and maintain messaging systems (e.g.
AMQP, MQTT, PubSub) to enable seamless service communication Work closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to discuss trade-offs and deliver value Requirements Obtained a degree in Computer Science, or similar 5+ years of professional experience in backend development Experience Elixir/Erlang Experience with messaging systems such as AMQP, MQTT, etc.
Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based deployments, Kubernetes, IaC, (Terraform), Linux system administration Fluency in German & English
