In Germany (DE), there are two sites supporting Customer Services (CS) and, with your help, we will leverage on HR best practices, standardize strategy and processes, and ensure a great employee experience for our CS population across the DE network.
Amazon is looking for a Senior HR Specialist who will lead the ER strategy for DE CS, in particular the Work Council engagement and partnership strategy. This position requires an individual who has significant WC, human resources (HR) and/or employee relations (ER) and labor relations experience.
Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills are essential, to enable the individual to work successfully to develop and deliver a robust ER strategy. The main priority of this role is to develop and implement the HR strategy in relation to ER and Work Council partnership across DE CS.
You will partner with the wider business (Operations, ER, and Legal) to understand planned organizational changes and develop a plan to address those needs. You will be responsible for the analysis, assessment and deployment of new tools, processes, policies and launches which need to be introduced to Work Councils.
