You will coordinate and oversee the training program for new associates within their assigned business unit.
Acting as Academy Training Lead you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining instructor‑led content (in partnership with the business unit), delivering instructor‑led (virtual and/or onsite) functional, technical, and or/soft skill training for all German locations.
This role also partners with the business units in evaluating effectiveness of the Academy program and evaluating overall performance of Academy participants.
