A track record of building and leading high‑performing full‑stack teams that ship customer‑facing products. Strong technical depth with hands‑on experience in JavaScript and modern frontend, plus Go (or comparable backend) services.
Own the Console end to end — the UI customers use to operate the platform, including observability, user management, and developer‑experience features such as chunk‑size optimization and other cloud‑only capabilities. Own billing end to end, from the underlying services through the customer‑facing experience.
Set technical direction across a predominantly JavaScript and Go stack, balancing speed of delivery, polish, and long‑term maintainability. Partner closely with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders to turn a roadmap into shipped, polished features.
