Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative technology-enhanced learning experiences and solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate educational technologies into online courses.
• Provide technical support and training to faculty and students on the effective use of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational tools.
• Evaluate emerging educational technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain high-quality digital learning resources, including multimedia content and interactive modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the learning platform and associated tools.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the organization’s educational technology initiatives.
• Create documentation, guides, and best practice resources for educational technology use.
• Stay current with advancements in educational technology, online pedagogy, and digital learning trends.
• Facilitate online workshops and webinars focused on educational technology integration.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or a similar role, preferably in an online learning environment.
• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and various educational software and tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse users remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in developing accessible digital learning content (WCAG compliance).
