In addition you will support the finance team with input for the planning cycle. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead macroeconomic, thematic, and capital market research to support investment strategy and decision-making. /li liDevelop and maintain capital market assumptions (CMAs) as key inputs to asset allocation and portfolio construction. /li liFormulate forward-looking investment views and translate them into strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations. /li liChair the Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) Committee and contribute to investment governance. /li liPartner closely with the CIO and Portfolio Management to align investment positioning across mandates. /li liConduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and macroeconomic forecasting to assess portfolio impacts and support planning. /li liMonitor global economic, geopolitical, and market developments, identifying key risks and opportunities. /li liProduce investment outlooks, thematic research, and other high-impact publications. /li liSupport portfolio construction through return, risk, and correlation analysis. /li liRepresent the firm’s investment views to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders. /li liFoster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability within the investment team. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA, AZEK, or equivalent preferred. /li li10–15 years' experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, or macroeconomic research; Reinsurance and/ or insurance experience an big plus. /li liStrong knowledge of capital markets, asset allocation, and macroeconomic trends. /li liProven ability to develop capital market assumptions, investment outlooks, and data-driven strategies. /li liExperience translating macroeconomic views into portfolio positioning and tactical asset allocation decisions. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, portfolio performance, and investment risks. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility at senior stakeholder level. /li liProactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. /li liFluent in English, written and spoken. /li /ul h3Why work with us /h3 pMake your mark with us.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and developing the investment outlook across asset classes, providing macroeconomic and capital market insights to support decisionmaking. /p pYou will play a key role in supporting Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation (SAA/TAA), including ownership of capital market assumptions, leading the Tactical Asset Allocation process, and contributing to forward looking scenario analysis.

The role will report to the Head Investment Strategy Development, and work closely with the CIO, Portfolio Management, and Risk functions to support investment performance and portfolio positioning.
